I don’t have much information, but Michael has done some modeling in the past. I have an article somewhere of a quote he made about it. I’ll add it as soon as I can find it.
He once modeled for Elite Men and Saks 5th Avenue (bottom photo). The first two sets of photos were taken in 1985 by Elite.
